Returns & Exchanges
We hope you LOVE your purchases! However, if you feel the color or quality did not meet your expectations please let us know at email@example.com within 15 days and we will exchange for other product(s) or issue a refund (less shipping) once the items are returned in the original packaging, and/or confirmed to be in unused/original condition.
On manufactured items, please allow three weeks to receive your purchases. We will contact you if there are any delays. On handmade, one-of-a-kind, or custom items, we will provide you a shipping timeframe at the time of your sale (or shortly thereafter). If you have a date you absolutely must hit, please tell us that when you checkout.
We make every effort to represent our handmade items accurately in the shop; that being said, please read the description for dimensions and any additional notes before purchase.
Custom Items are not exchangeable or returnable. If you have an issue with a custom item please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
A Note about Colors
Everything in the shop is produced in small batches so colors from one purchase might not exactly match colors from another purchase. Please note that due to variations amongst computer monitors, tablet screens, and phone screens, actual colors may vary from what appears on your screen. Unfortunately, this variance is unavoidable; if you are profoundly unhappy with your purchase due to a color issue, please let me know. I can’t refund a purchase based on color, but I can apologize profusely.
